Welcome to Brooklyn Faithworks! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders and Payment

  • All orders must be completed through our website using a valid payment method.

  • Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled if production has begun, especially for personalized/custom items.

2. Processing and Shipping

  • Orders typically process within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier, and product type.

3. Personalized or Custom Products

  • Custom items (wraps, lids, cups with personalization) are made to order and cannot be returned for a refund. If any damage has occurred, please contact the carrier. 

  • Wraps are not sold separately. Orders of wraps without a cup will be canceled and refunded.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for any issues and also notify the carrier it was sent by. 

5. Care Instructions

  • Most of our products are hand wash only and are not dishwasher or microwave safe.

  • Failure to follow care instructions may affect the product’s longevity.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Brooklyn Faithworks.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Brooklyn Faithworks is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, handling, or care of our products. For any questions regarding how to care for the products please email us. 

  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
